Welcome to Reset Mind Body, a bright, inviting Collective Wellness Clinic located in Saint Albert, Alberta.

One of our goals as massage therapists is for you to leave our clinic having taken that much needed deep breath and in perhaps having a new perspective about your body and health. It is our passion that you leave with knowledge, awareness and a connection to your mind, to your body and ultimately both!

Whether your goals are simply physical or if they are more whole body centered we are confident in helping realize the potential you have to Reset!
